The Taxation and Assessment authority in each county, or its agent, has created the digital tax assessment maps that are hosted at this website. The Oregon Department of Revenue acquired these images through the ORMAP program which it administers.

Care was taken in the creation of these maps, but they are provided "as is". The State of Oregon, the Oregon Department of Revenue, and any of the data-providing entities (including but not limited to Oregon Counties) cannot accept any responsibility for errors, omissions, or the positional accuracy of information contained in any digital Assessor map. There are no warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, accompanying any of these products.

All digital map products hosted here are updated periodically (Map Update Schedule). More up-to-date information may be available from individual counties. Users should address any questions and comments about the information contained in the digital images to the relevant county authority.
